How do I cancel a booking? ▾
You can cancel a booking before the session starts from your account dashboard. Your payment hold will be released automatically.
When does my card get charged? ▾
Your card is authorized when you book but only charged after the session is marked complete. You won't pay for a session that never happened.
How do pros get paid? ▾
Pros receive payouts via Stripe to their connected bank account. Payouts are processed weekly after sessions are completed.
How are pros verified? ▾
All pros go through an application review process. We verify their identity, listed certifications, and specialty before approving their profile.
