We started Fixrtech because getting good tech help in Chicago felt unnecessarily hard. You either called a big-box store and waited days, searched online for someone you couldn't vet, or paid enterprise rates for simple problems.

Meanwhile, there are thousands of skilled IT professionals in Chicago — certified, experienced, and underutilized — who wanted to work independently but had no good way to find customers.

Fixrtech bridges that gap. We built a marketplace where customers get fast, affordable, verified tech support, and IT professionals get a reliable stream of work without the overhead of running their own business.
